The Bedrooms

Rest and recharge in three thoughtfully styled bedrooms designed to sleep up to nine guests comfortably, plus additional space in the living area. The primary master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a plush king bed and a single futon to accommodate three. The second bedroom features a luxurious king bed surrounded by cozy linens and ample storage for two. Perfect for kids or groups, the third bedroom offers a spacious queen-over-queen bunk bed that sleeps four, complete with its own indoor arcade basketball game for endless entertainment right in the room.

Driving is by far the easiest way to explore Georgetown, visit neighboring towns like Round Rock, or head into Austin:
Gated On-Site Parking: You’ll have access to two private, off-street parking spots located right on the property's secure driveway inside the gated fence.
Free Street Parking: If you have extra vehicles, hassle-free street parking is readily available right along the front and side of the home.
Quick Commutes: Historic Downtown Georgetown Square is just a quick 3-to-5-minute drive, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is an easy 35-to-40-minute trip down I-35.

Rideshares (Uber & Lyft)
24/7 Service: Rideshares operate throughout Georgetown and are super reliable. Drivers can pick up and drop off directly at your front gate—perfect if you're heading out for wine tasting on the Square or dinner without worrying about driving or parking.

Regional Transit (To Austin & Nearby Cities)
CARTS Interurban Bus: If you're looking for budget-friendly regional travel, the Capital Area Rural Transit System (CARTS) runs an intercity route (Red Route 1511). It picks up in Downtown Georgetown (9th & Main) and travels south to Round Rock and Downtown Austin.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

• Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

• The outdoor lights are hardwired sensor lights, please note these lights are not able to be turned off.

• Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
