• Pool - The pool has a heat exchanger, which generally keeps the pool in the low 80’s. If the weather gets extremely cold, it doesn’t keep up but still keeps the pool warmer than natural temperature. Note that Pool cleaner comes every Monday and Friday.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.

Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.

Before booking, see the Estate Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

Events are not permitted WITHOUT approval from the host. Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate removal from the estate without any refund.

A vehicle is your best choice to get around.

This home is located in a rural area, which offers a peaceful and natural setting. However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!

Please remember to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

• Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
