Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Please note that the propane tank is provided as a courtesy for guest use. While we do our best to ensure it is available upon arrival, propane refills or exchanges are not included. If the tank is empty upon arrival or runs out during your stay, guests may exchange or refill it at their convenience.
