Uber and Lyft are everywhere in Austin, so getting a quick, easy ride to restaurants, downtown, or anywhere else is no problem.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
